You sure can. No problem, it will fit perfectly and work correctly 
without any mods. 
The only thing you might want to do is check and see if you have a 
newer 30mm oil pump or the older 26mm style pump. if you have the 26mm 
pump, you might want to replace it so you have good pressure to keep 
the lifters properly adjusted. If you get the pump from a dealer, you 
can only get the 30mm pump, the 26mm pumps are no longer available. 
(Well, you shouldnt be able to get them.) Good luck!
Another side note is if you got the JH engine from an 88 or later car, 
you will already have the hyd head and the 30mm oil pump.
