I think I bought mine from Neuspeed (APS?) about 8-9 years ago.  I thought
it was a ripoff for $15 then.  If you can make it yourself, more power to
you.  In it's defense, it does fit into the radio slot well although I wish
it wasn't so flimsy.  I can find out the part number if ya need it.

I removed the yucky woodgrain from the heater/air controls by wiping with
acetone.  The finish of the underlying plastic doesn't match the rest of
the dash but at least it's black.

I still don't know where I can put a stereo.  The only place might be to
hang it under the heater controls.  It'll look tacky but I guess that's the
price of having tunes.
