Removing oxygen sensor

Oongawa:

        For stubborn oxygen sensors, does the penetrating oil, tap on it,
repeat as necessary routine work?  I've heard that this can take a couple
days to do the trick.  What if you have to run the car?  Will the burned
oil weld the sensor into the manifold?

        Is anti-seize a good idea on the threads of the new sensor?
There's nothing in it that will foul the sensor, right?
