	They're illegal everywhere I've ever lived... They're terribly dangerous.
Many people have been decapitated because they didn't know they had to
fasten the lower belt, and submarined during a bad crash.  Leave it to our
government to mandate a device and then <whoops> kill people.  Sound
Familiar? Airbags?
