VIN decoder & Two Questions

here are the results of my VIN code with the vin Decoder

now have two questions 
1.-  what's the restrain system (active)?

2.- Some time ago I found a sticker on my  trunk that has my VIN on it
and it has the options that my rocco has but guess what they're coded
has anybody have a lis of them or has anybody know a list of the
options an they're codes
