Test the VIN decoder

Hi all,  I just finished the first version of my vin decoder,
and want everyone to check it out.  If you have any problems
e-mail me, and if you get a Not Found, e-mail me your vin
and car info (year, engine, model etc) so I can add it to
the data base.
