Me again, almost forgot.  After thinking back to the email
correspondence I had with the original owner, she made it a GTX.  She
picked up the white striped tail lights, rims, etc, while on a trip to
Germany, or living there for a short time....I will look in my
archives when I get home.  I belive that explains the US
bumpers/lights.  It started off as an 88 16v.
