optimal shift points

	Hmmm.  2900?  That sounds like a lot.  I think if I dump the clutch at
that engine speed, I will light my rubbers up quite a bit.  Though it
has been awhile since I've had a run.  When my Continentals were at
their peak, I think I would bring the revs to about 2000, drop the
clutch, get heavy on the gas and play with it a bit til it hooked up
right.  I love to feel and hear the car finally hook up fully.  You get
the sensation of wanting to go forward real fast and hearing the revs
variate between about maybe 2500 and 3000 and then, you just know it's
going to happen...grip.  

	Then you look to your side and all you can see is some chump getting
his ass waxed in front of about 150 people.  It's all good though. 
Whether I win or not, it's loads of fun.  Maybe I should take the little
savage for a spin...
