The BlockHead Swap

Hey guys...
	A friend asked me to ask y'all a question:  He's heard that putting a 1.8l
16v head on a 2.0l block is an easy recipe for 140+ hp.  Whaddya think?  Is
it possible, firstly.. and then, will a 2.0l block fit in place of a 1.8l
in a Scirocco or A2?
