Hmmm...  at 4000 rpm, my engine is spinning at about 4000 rpm  ;}

Seriously though...  my '87 16v has the AGB tranny, which is the same as
the 2Y.  So it must be a typo on the chart you listed where the ABG is
the same as the 2Y, I've never heard of an ABG.  My car is all tucked
away for the winter, so I can't tell you for sure my speed at 4000 rpm.
