grill is simple to replace, 3 retaining clips up top, two latches on 
the bottom that can be depressed w/ a long screwdriver as you pull 
the grill away from the car. snap new one in place.  You can also pop
out the symbol and paint it to your liking. I got pics of my modified
16v grilel somewhere on my site, check it out
