Tbody and Plugs.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a little advice:

I'm going to put some new plugs in my 8v and am looking for
recommendations.  Have any of you guys tried the "Splitfire" plugs w/ two
prongs?? Good, bad, indifferent.

On another note, I've decided to try the Audi 5000 TB project. I know the
87 will fit, are there any other years? I know little about the 5000 line.
