big nuts size

Hey all:

just a quickie, what size ratchet do I need to pull the wheel nut off an
85 scirocco 8v{    The big one for those who have confused with my
hapless I can't remember the name of the thing jargon :)   }   so I can
do my wheel bearings and cv joint and not kill my car.
