RE: bmw-eurofest '97

Amen to that. I attended last year, and my wife had a difficult time dragging
me away. Lots of odd little marques were represented, aside from the slew of
MG variants, BMW 2002s, etc. Nothing much for the Volks-vorshippers, but
entertaining nonetheless.

I lived about 10 mi. from there last year, so I'd be happy to offer dining &
lodging recommendations to anyone considering swinging through the area. I'm
going to try to find an excuse to go...

I know it says BMW, but it should be a really cool car on Oct. 17-19 at
the BMW plant in Spartanburg, SC. Last year they had an unbelievable
amount of very interesting cars...probably between 250-400 cars. I'm
thinking about entering my car this year when I get new 15" Dial
Elysee...the paint job is ok but it could be a lot better. I know of 5
16v roccos in the area including mine.

if anyone is interested write to the : Foothills British Car Club
			         Box 258
			          Anderson, SC 29622-0258

something may be on the net about it.

well I just thought it would something neat if any of you guys are close
enough to go.
