  I've got one. It has the microfueler(a little box), an injector, fuel
line to injector that has an end that connects to the fuel return line on
the fuel distributor, a harness with connectors for power, ground, and coil
pickup for sensing RPM, and a vacuum line for manifold pressure. The ND one
also comes with an elbow that connects to the TB. This makes it possible to
aim the fifth injector directly at the TB, and get as even a fuel
distribution as possible from the single injector across the 4 cylinders.
Its still doesn't distribute as evenly as individual injectors at each
cylinder, which is why I wouldn't use it personally. The ND kit does use
it, and plenty of people have had this kit for years and never had a
problem. Maybe I'm just picky.
