Never in my experience, One day I was driving down this super long and
straight road. I saw the Cops sitting at the very end as I pulled onto
the road. I had to return back in the opposite direction that I just
came since I knew the cops were there I drove exactly the speed limit.
Usually people really fly on this road its the closest thing to a desert
road we have here. Anyway I'm going exactly the speed limit and the Big
Caddy Lincoln or whatever behind me gets pissed and passes me. This is a
two lane road traffic in both directions. Now maybe you are allowed to
pass here, but if I'm going the limit and someone flies past me were the
speeding? YES! They do it right in front of the highway patrol and
nothing happens. 

I swear if I fart the Cops know it.
