Formula One rims

I went to a wheel/tire dude downtown here and he quoted me a price
of DM1660 ($988) for 16 X 7.5 Formula One Silverstone (TSW Blade
lookalikes) with 215/40/16 Dunlop SP8000.  Anyone hear of Formula One
rims?  Are they any good?  Also...is there a difference between Dunlop
SP Sport 8000 and SP8000, or is it the same thing?
