Yeah that's the Zender Z400 kit for Sciroccos.  someone from Canada was selling one on 
my classifieds page a month ago but no seemed to snatch it up.  He  probably wanted 
about $2000 for it or so.

It like it too but 8" wide wheels is kinda funky
