Razo Pedal covers

I just bought the REALLY expensive pedal cover set from APS.  However, I
threw out my installation instructions accidentally.

Does anyone still have them, or recollect where those millions of alan
screws go?  I tried to do a cheese job on them, but they fell off after a
few miles...

I'd REALLY appreciate it.   Thanks
