I've noticed something similar... Not especially hard cornering, but if I
turn toward the left, esp. in a parking lot where you really cramp the
wheel, something goes *SNAP*... (Thump? Bang?) Everything I can see looks
okay... Perhaps someone can answer both of these in one shot? Perhaps the
other problem is a coil spring not seated properly?
