Shocks/springs

Ok heres the question - 
When i bought my car I assumed that all suspension work was done.  The car is
running Boge ProGas's and neuspeed 1.5" progressive springs.  Now i don't
know too much about the suspension end of tuning so i don't know if this is
ok. What do you all think about this?
