Who are you?  James or Antonio?  Haha...j/k.

When I used to do alignments, on cars with only 1 tie rod adustment I 
sometimes would yank the steering wheel and put it straight that way.
I rarely used a puller, and only bent 1 or 2 sterring wheels by using 
brute force to remove them.  They bend back......

But if the car's skating all over the road, your alignment is not 
done properly.  Take it to an alignment specialist and get him to 
write down the readings before he aligns it, then take it to Sears 
and threaten to sue them.  They'll probably be happy to give you your 
money back.  They suck........
