Scirocco-l digest

After too long a wait, the Scirocco list digest is ready.  The digest, instead
of sending out every single message as it receives them, sends out a digest
every night of that day's articles (it will also send out a digest if the
size creeps above 100K).

NOTE: You probably don't want to be subscribed to both lists.

To unsubscribe from this list and subscribe to the digest list, send mail
to majordomo@privateI.com with the commands:

unsubscribe scirocco-l
subscribe scirocco-l-digest

in the BODY of the message (commands in the subject are ignored).

NOTE #2: The digest is not particularly well tested yet, so be wary... :-)
