I don't think this is it, as I park in an underground parking lot, and it
isn't that cold down there.  I'm in Hamilton, Ontario, and it probably
dipped to about 6 or 7 Celcius last night.  It also didn't happen till I was
underway for about 5 minutes.  I didn't know airbodies could ice up.  I've
got an '87 16v, so I don't have to worry about carbs though.
