Jack the front end up start car with both front tires on.
use jack stands dont trust just a jackand be carefull of hands and
fingers.
Put car in gear start with a coarse paper 100 grit not wet sand paper at
first.
then when clear coat is almost all removed use a coarse wet sand paper
with water work your way to a micro finish wet sand paper
when the rim is smooth looking
use a good machine finish buffing compound if you have a buffer use it
it makes it easier or you can use a cotton cloth
clean rim real good when done
clear coat i used a urathane enamal it is a strong clearcoat
