If it is the sunroof then parts of the headliner will be wet.  
Sometimes what happens is the little "gutter" type drainage things 
rust through at the seems(the four corners).  Just take it apart, it 
only takes about 15 minutes.  Of course none of this applies if you 
have a after market sunroof.  If you have one of those I strongly 
recomend you buy a new roof.
