I'm not sure if the 16v had a rev limiter or not, probably does.  I think all
the cis-e cars after 85 have them.  I know a kid with a fox that has a rev
limiter so I cant see why the 16v wouldnt.  That idea reminded me of another
question, how do you disable the limiter?  A friend used to have a 87' 8v that
the limiter was broken on, I saw that thing bounce off 7 many times.  7 is a
bit high for 8v's but it would be nice to be able to use all the rev band up to
the real redline, not just 6,3 or whatever, or even just to be able to shift
when I see it hit 6,3 without the limiter cutting in on my fun.  any ideas?
