Technically, NO. Absolutely not.  But, the factory said when the Corrados
came out that they were "not replacing the Scirocco". So Yet the part number
of the car is right after the scirocco's number. All the part numbers are
next after the scirocco's P/N's. The Corrado is nothing but an A-2 Scirocco.
It really gets clear when you have a MK-II body style sitting right next to
a Coroddo.
