I sanded, sanded, sanded (which will be hard to do on mesh, any
suggestions?), primed (spray), LET DRY, sanded, primed, LET DRY, sanded, and
painted with Car/Truck Gloss Black spraypaint (just ask your local paintshop
guy what ya need, that's where all my info came from).  1/2 can per rim.
That translates into like 4 coats.  LET DRY EACH TIME.  Do NOT COAT it.  It
will bubble/ripple/drip/look like shit.  Go easy, take your time, and LET
DRY.  Then I threw on some coats of Clearcoat, same type of paint
THen, I wouldve been smart if I waxed the rims when I was done.  Do that.
