Mounts/Bearings etc..

Hi,

        According to my mechanic I needed to change an Engine Mount and my front
wheel bearing (axel bearing?) a few months ago.  I haven't gotten about to doing
that and my mechanic is "injured" and temporarily disabled.  Anyways, I need to 
get this stuff done and was wondering if anyone could give me a better feel for 
time involved and how much it would cost.

        The wheel bearing is getting REALLY noisey, I'm afraid it will break on 
me, that needs to be done urgently.  I have bought the bearing, the guy at the 
dealership told me that I could reuse the pins??  Is this a big job?.. $100? 
$200?..$500?  hours?

        The passenger side engine mount is apparently "weak" and is causing a 
lot of vibration.  I bought the mounting a few months ago.  I remember someone 
saying it should cost about $120?  I figure that's 2/3 hours work?

        Lastly, if anyone knows a GOOD VW mechanic in the Toronto area (Scarboro
preferably) PLEASE let me know!  Again, I don't want to pay $125/hr!  That's 
what the VW dealers charge.
