Hello all, regarding warm operating temperatures;
Volkswagons- at least the water-cooled engines-
enjoy running warmer than we might expect. If 
your'e overly concerned with heat, purchase a
low temp. fan switch and/or add an extra fan to
the engine compartment.
Its no wonder our machines typically have such 
fantastic interior heating capabilities.
