You can remove the end of the transmission, the small section most distant
from the engine, and the bearing will be there. You probably want to drain
the gear oil first; there's a plug on the bottom of the differential housing
that takes a 17mm allen wrench. The filler is on the very end of the
transmission and is of the same type head..
